I work with adult learners and students transferring from all over the country!  

What's your favorite spot on the ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø campus and why?
My favorite spot is the lawn between the student center and the library. It’s got plenty of tables and it gets a lot of sun so it’s a great place to read or enjoy a meal.

As a student, what did you appreciate most about your ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø experience?

As a student, I most appreciated the connections I made. Whether it was the friends in my program, the advisors, or the professors, everyone seemed to be so invested in my success, and it really helped me thrive as a person.

If you had your own Magnus outfit, where would you wear it?
I’d probably wear it to a Guardians' game so I could goof off with Slider and take photos with any alums at the game!

What advice do you have for students who are choosing a college?
Choose a college where you feel welcomed and seen, not just as a student but as a person. Visit campus, talk to current students, and picture yourself there... does it feel like a place you can see yourself living and thriving for the next 2-4 years? 

What's your favorite ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø fun fact?
As an avid birder- my favorite ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø fun fact is that campus has a few bird-friendly buildings, meaning they have specially designed glass that aims to prevent birds from colliding with the buildings. Collisions with buildings are a leading cause of bird fatalities in North America, so it’s nice that ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø is taking preventative measures against that!
