Annual Assessment Report Guidelines

2025-2026 Student Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports
Due between May 15 - October 1, 2026

 

AY2025-2026: Data Collection & Analysis Year

For AY2025-2026, programs are required to submit their SLO Assessment Report.

 

 

 

 

AY2024-2025: Planning Year

For AY2024-2025, programs are required to submit their assessment plan and curriculum map for the upcoming 5-year cycle.

 

We are still interested in identifying programs with student engagement activities. These activities include but are not limited to civic and community engagement activities. There is a specific place to report these activities on the assessment plan.

All assessment plans should be submitted to Dr. Laura Northrop (l.northrop@csuohio.edu).
